We are guided by the following set of values and behaviors–optimism, integrity, excellence, inclusion, co-creation and boldness–and look forward to hearing about how your past experiences align with them. <h3>Manager, Talent Programs</h3> LA28 is seeking a strategic, highly organized, and collaborative Manager, Talent Programs to lead the implementation and operational management of enterprise talent initiatives that support organizational priorities and employee experiences throughout the LA28 journey.  This role serves as the program management lead for a portfolio of talent programs and strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables, tracking outcomes, and ensuring successful execution. The Manager, Talent Programs will translate strategy into action by overseeing program operations, supporting pilot initiatives, managing participant experiences, and helping scale talent programs as organizational needs evolve.  The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with exceptional organizational skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to navigate salary range for this position is $88,000 - $115,000. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
