Then you could be the new <strong>Manager</strong> for our <strong>Space and Assortment Technical Support Team</strong> in the UK! This team provides second-level support to our customers globally and consists of 11 amazing team members from 5 different countries.</p>

<h3><strong>What you will be doing: </strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture</li>
<li>Oversee day-to-day operation</li>
<li>Set clear team goals</li>
<li>Prioritising tickets, delegating tasks and setting deadlines</li>
<li>Monitor team performance on hitting SLAs and report on metrics</li>
<li>Motivate team members</li>
<li>Discover training needs and provide planning</li>
<li>Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts</li>
<li>Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments</li>
<li>Encourage creativity and risk-taking</li>
<li>Suggest and organize team building activities</li>
<li>Work through ticket reviews with team members</li>
<li>Work with key stakeholders to deliver targets and goals</li>
<li>Delivery projects for improvement as recognised within the wider Support structure</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What you bring to the table</strong>:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven work experience as a team lead or supervisor</li>
<li>Empathy and a thirst for people management</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of performance metrics</li>
<li>Good PC skills, especially MS Excel</li>
<li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li>
<li>Organizational and time-management skills</li>
<li>Decision-making skills </li>
</ul>
