This role involves conducting needs analysis, developing training strategies, and delivering comprehensive training programs for IT professionals and end-users. The ideal candidate will manage skills development processes, ensuring a technical learning environment that maximizes technology capability.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the IT training life cycle, including needs analysis and training program development.</li> <li>Implement and manage skills management and competency development processes for IT staff and end-users.</li> <li>Coordinate services to identify business and training drivers and analyze related roles, skills, and competencies.</li> <li>Lead skill gap analysis and collaborate with IT to prioritize training needs.</li> <li>Ensure the organization has a robust technical learning environment.</li> <li>Oversee curriculum and courseware development to address skill gaps for IT professionals and end-users.</li> <li>Manage the selection and usage of training delivery systems and certification/testing methods.</li> <li>Measure training ROI and pilot new training techniques to enhance effectiveness.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li> <li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in Training, including curriculum development for IT and instructional technology.</li> <li>At least 2 years of experience in training management.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage and mentor supervisors, project leads, and technical staff.</li> <li>Experience as a project leader and subject matter expert on multiple complex projects.</li> <li>Strong communication skills to report to senior management, including Corporate Training Officer, IT COO, or CIO.</li> </ul> <p>#L1-Onsite&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="p1"><strong>Why Work with Us</strong></p> <p>At Cook Systems, we don’t just offer jobs—we build futures.
