<h3>Position Overview</h3>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">The </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Manager, Web Program Management</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> is responsible for the execution and optimization of Sono Bello's web initiatives in support of patient acquisition, appointment generation, and conversion. Reporting to the Director of Digital Product, you will work at the center of a cross-functional environment, partnering across Marketing, Technology, Operations, and external agencies to deliver web experiences that are high quality, scalable, and connected to business goals.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">This is a </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">hands-on role.</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> You are as comfortable updating center location details, managing local listings in tools like BirdEye, and coordinating CMS updates as you are building a project plan or presenting performance data to stakeholders. You bring operational discipline to a fast-moving environment, use data to drive continuous improvement, and do not wait to be told what needs fixing.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">Support the Director of Digital Product in implementing the web roadmap. Coordinate execution across cross-functional teams to deliver web initiatives on time and within scope. Manage day-to-day project work including website updates, CMS changes, listing management, and feature releases. Track milestones, flag risks and dependencies early, and keep the right people informed.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Optimization and performance tracking</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Support ongoing website optimization efforts including A/B testing, SEO, personalization, and UX improvements. Track and report on key performance indicators including traffic, engagement, and conversion. Translate data into clear summaries and surface actionable recommendations to the team.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Process and operations</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Help build and maintain program processes including intake, prioritization, timelines, and resource coordination. Create visibility into project status for stakeholders at multiple levels. Identify issues before they become blockers and escalate thoughtfully when needed.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with the Director of Digital Product to explore and support implementation of AI agent solutions into web workflows. <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Vendor and compliance coordination</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support timely, high-quality delivery. Partner with Legal to ensure web content meets healthcare regulatory standards. Hold partners to clear expectations and follow through on accountability.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<p><strong>COMPENSATION:</strong></p>
<p>At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $128,000 - $160,000 + Bonus.</p>
