About the role
Position Overview:
Join our team as a Manual Tester and support the development and ensure the quality of our SAP UI5 solutions integrated with SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for testing the functionality of our products operating in this environment, identifying defects, and collaborating with the development team to ensure the highest quality of delivered solutions.
If you have experience in automation testing—especially AI‑based automation—it will be considered a major plus.
Responsibilities:
Performing manual testing of frontend applications built on the SAP UI5 environment
Performing manual testing of backend applications built on the SAP HCM / SAP ECP environment
Creating, updating, and executing test scenarios
Analyzing test results and reporting/documenting defects
Collaborating with development and business teams to resolve issues
Supporting the creation of test strategies and improving QA processes
(Optional) Creating and maintaining automated tests using appropriate tools (including AI‑based solutions)
Requirements:
Experience in manual testing of IT systems
General knowledge of testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle
Ability to write test cases and report defects
Basic knowledge of SAP HCM/ECP and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central will be a strong advantage
Strong analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
Creative, out-of-the-box thinking that helps identify non-obvious defects
Good knowledge of English (international work environment, participation in meetings)
Nice to Have:
Experience in automation testing (e.g., Selenium, Playwright)
Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Mantis)
