We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.</p></div><h3>We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manual QA Engineer to join us in Argentina.</h3> <p>✅ <strong>Requirements</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in software testing.</li> <li>Mandatory experience in backend testing and a deep understanding of client-server architecture.</li> <li>Strong experience in API testing (REST, JSON) using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.</li> <li>Solid SQL knowledge (ability to write complex queries, joins, and work with databases directly).</li> <li>Experience in defining the scope of testing, maintaining test documentation (Test Plans, Test Cases, Checklists).</li> <li>Experience in contributing to and evolving existing test strategies, as well as implementing process improvements.</li> <li>Advanced analytical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a scientific approach to problem-solving (e.g., reading logs, analyzing network traffic).</li> <li>Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers, architects, and product managers.</li> <li>Intermediate+ / Upper-Intermediate level of English and Spanish (both verbal and written).</li> </ul> <p><strong>✅ Will be a plus:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in test automation (TypeScript) and a willingness to contribute to automated testing processes.</li> <li>Experience in Mobile testing (iOS/Android).</li> <li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.</li> <li>Experience with Allure TestOps as TMS.</li> </ul> <p><strong>✅ Duties and opportunities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform end-to-end manual testing of the core platform features, APIs, and integrations.</li> <li>Collaborate with the team to evolve and implement changes to the overall platform test strategy.</li> <li>Investigate and localize issues, working closely with devtools,&nbsp; logs and databases.</li> <li>Manage defects in the bug-tracking system and oversee them through the entire lifecycle.</li> <li>Support release process.</li> <li>Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, DevOps, Product) to identify risks and improve product quality at early stages.</li> <li>Mentor junior/middle QA engineers and contribute to QA process improvements within the platform team.</li> </ul> <p>✅&nbsp;<strong>We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to:</strong></p> <p>🚀 Career growth opportunities in an international and dynamic environment;<br>📚 Opportunity to develop language skills with partial compensation for language courses;<br>🏝️ 30 non-service delivery days per year;<br>📈 Competitive remuneration level.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Bold moves start here.
