Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer due to the expansion of our team. We are looking for candidates currently residing in Serbia.

Servers.com is a global IaaS hosting platform providing a full range of computing, storage, and networking services for US, Europe, and Asia customers.
Our main product is a management system of various hosting services, including a customer portal and internal admin panels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• manual functional, regression, and integration testing of the web service and related systems;
• collaboration with developers and the product team to clarify requirements and testing scenarios;
• development and maintenance of test cases, checklists, and testing documentation;
• validation of integrations with infrastructure components (servers, switches, load balancers, Kubernetes, OpenStack);
• bug reporting and verification before releases.

Our expectations

• 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer;
• knowledge of web applications and distributed systems testing;
• experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira);
• basic knowledge of SQL, HTTP, and networking;
• Linux user/administrator experience;
• English level sufficient for reading and writing documentation.

It will be a plus

• exposure to Kubernetes, OpenStack, or cloud environments;
• familiarity with automation testing tools;
• API testing experience.
