About the role
We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer due to expansion of our team.
Servers.com is a global IaaS hosting platform providing a full range of computing, storage, and networking services for US, Europe, and Asia customers.
Our main product is a management system of various hosting services, including a customer portal and internal admin panels.
Responsibilities:
- manual functional, regression, and integration testing of the web service and related systems;
- collaboration with developers and the product team to clarify requirements and testing scenarios;
- development and maintenance of test cases, checklists, and testing documentation;
- validation of integrations with infrastructure components (servers, switches, load balancers, Kubernetes, OpenStack);
- bug reporting and verification before releases.
What we expect:
- Experience in a similar position for two years.
- Knowledge of web applications and distributed systems testing.
- Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
- Basic knowledge of SQL, HTTP, and networking.
- Linux user/administrator experience.
- English level sufficient for reading and writing documentation.
It will be a plus:
- Exposure to Kubernetes, OpenStack, or cloud environments.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools.
- API testing experience.
