From software developers and product managers to designers and strategists, Team UI is driven to achieve our common goal: Rethinking IT.&nbsp;At Ubiquiti, you’ll heighten your potential and broaden your horizons - all while shaping the future of connectivity.</p> <p></p></div><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan and execute manual test strategies for Layer 2/Layer 3 switching platforms, ProAV (Audio/Video over IP), and associated UI software.</li> <li>Validate features related to VLAN, QoS, IGMP snooping, multicast routing, Dante, and network-based audio/video control protocols.</li> <li>Design and maintain test cases in collaboration with developers, product managers, and system architects.</li> <li>Perform functional, regression, performance, and stress testing on web interfaces, mobile apps, and embedded device firmware.</li> <li>Log detailed and reproducible issues in Jira; verify fixes and provide input on root cause analysis.</li> <li>Analyze system behavior across multiple platforms (Web, Mobile, Networked Devices).</li> <li>Contribute to test documentation including test plans, bug reports, and test summaries.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>3+ years</strong>&nbsp;of experience in manual QA for Networking products or ProAV systems</li> <li>Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.</li> <li>Familiarity with networking concepts (VLANs, switching, routing, WiFi, VPNs, OSI model).</li> <li>Exposure to AV protocols and devices such as&nbsp;<strong>Dante, Q-Sys, Crestron</strong>.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Fluency in&nbsp;<strong>English and Romanian</strong>&nbsp;(written and spoken).</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and agile team environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Basic scripting knowledge in&nbsp;<strong>Python</strong>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<strong>Bash</strong>&nbsp;for test automation or log analysis.</li> <li>Experience testing or working with&nbsp;<strong>Ethernet switches</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>PoE</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>AVB/TSN</strong>, or broadcast-level streaming protocols.</li> <li>Familiarity with embedded systems, SNMP, or remote device debugging.</li> <li>Previous experience working with Ubiquiti or similar enterprise networking hardware.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>International work environment and work with global development teams;</li> <li>Compensation package matching global standards;</li> <li>Flexible work hours (as&nbsp;required);</li> <li>Paid parking, courses, training, conferences and business trips.</li> </ul> <p>We will contact candidates who meet our criteria within the next two weeks.</p>
