<ul>
<li>Vigilantly monitor equipment operation for indications of impending problems and possible operational improvements.</li>
<li>Ensure that all required sanitary maintenance is performed.</li>
<li>Address equipment problems in an aggressive manner, as to minimize downtime.</li>
<li>Make controlled adjustments to equipment to optimize the running efficiency.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining documentation associated with operations.</li>
<li>Uphold highest quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated area.</li>
<li>Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations.</li>
<li>Ensure that all resources are available for production run.</li>
<li>Set-up oncoming shift for successful run.</li>
<li>Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team.</li>
<li>Obtain information necessary to perform duties at pre-shift tailgate meetings and by meeting with off-going operator.</li>
<li>Determine line “bottlenecks” and take action to improve.</li>
<li>Properly receives and stores all Warehouse deliveries.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>Education and Experience: </u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Intermediate Computer Skills (i.e. Word, Excel, etc)</li>
<li>Excellent troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Solid Mechanical Skills</li>
<li>Ability to work well with people</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Multi-tasked Individual</li>
<li>Ability to work independently</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Standing: Long periods (a minimum of 8+ hours)</li>
<li>Sitting: Occasionally for short periods</li>
<li>Walking: Long periods</li>
<li>Bending: Frequently</li>
<li>Lifting: Heavy (50+ lbs) frequently</li>
<li>Carrying: Heavy (40-60 lbs) frequently distance Pushing/Pulling: under 75 lbs without assistance frequently</li>

<p><strong>Casual Employee: - <em>This is a casual position with variable shifts that may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts may fall between 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m., or 5:00 am - 1:30 pm; or 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm; or 9:00 pm - 5:30 am - depending on business needs. Openings needed are primarily on Swing/Graveyard. Must be willing to work Swing/Graveyard</em></strong></p>
<p>Casual employees will receive (80%) of the regular inside employee wages. For candidates based in California, this position starts at $25.60.</p>
