The Role
This is a full-time, on-site role in Stockholm. As Senior Manufacturing / Industrialisation Lead, you will turn new vehicle designs into repeatable builds.
You will define subassemblies, build flow, tooling, work instructions, production test setup, and manufacturing handoff for both threat vehicles and interceptor vehicles. You will work closely with engineering, supply chain, and technicians to ensure products are buildable, traceable, and delivered on time.
We are looking for somebody who satisfies the following requirements:
Strong experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialisation, or NPI
Experience taking complex hardware from prototype into repeatable production
Ability to define assembly flow, tooling, fixtures, and production test flow
Understanding of BOMs, change control, and manufacturing release
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable bonuses:
Experience from aerospace, defence, UAVs, or robotics
Experience with electro-mechanical systems, harnessing, and integration
Experience working with suppliers and outsourced modules
