Manufacturing Operations Consulting - Analyst

Your responsibilities as a consultant with direct client contact:

• Responsibility for leading your own workstreams and project teams to increase production efficiency through technical problem solving, process optimization during both uptime and downtime (changeover time reduction, cycle time reduction, bottleneck analysis), setting up data acquisition systems and structuring client processes (effective process and personnel management)
• Solution-oriented analyses of production areas with regard to capacity, productivity, waste production and material usage
• Implementation of tangible process improvements together with the client team - you don't just write reports, you see the results immediately in production
• Reporting and communicating progress at all levels of the client business

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Industrial Eng., or comparable technical field
• Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent communication skills
• Strong personal initiative and bias for action, structured way of working
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Working proficiency in English & German (B2+)
• Willingness to travel to client sites Mon – Thurs of each week, and attend meetings in Hamburg 2 Fridays per month
