Your Role

  • This role has full responsibility over Planning, Artwork management, Capacity management, Master Data, Materials purchasing and Warehouse operations.
  • Lead the Manufacturing Supply Chain to ensure uninterrupted sourcing and planning of raw materials and finished products to meet production and business demand.
  • Oversee quality and EHS compliance, optimize inventory and costs, and drive digital planning transformation.
  • Ensure local and global supply availability aligned with approved demand and plans.
  • Manage master production planning, material projections, and purchases from local and global sources, mitigating risks.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop and standardize processes for materials management and planning. 
  • Resolve supply issues, identify risks early, and lead contingency plans. Oversee external warehouse costs and efficiency.
  • Conduct medium- and long-term capacity analyses and propose solutions to constraints.
  • Lead or participate in the implementation of Blue Yonder, APO, and IOP tools.
  • Drive global strategic initiatives on business continuity and risk mitigation. Lead and develop the Artwork team, ensuring portfolio planning, delivery timelines, documentation quality, and risk management.
  • Actively support EHS programs and ensure compliance with relevant quality regulations and standards. Manage assigned budgets adhering to financial policies and corporate governance.

 

Who You Are

  • Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related Administration field.
  • With at least 5 years of experience as a manager in manufacturing or supply chain operations (materials, inventory, planning, execution), including experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Knowledgeable in inventory management, planning (MPS/MRP), RCCP, master data, capacity analysis, and supply risk management. Proficient in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAP PP & MM; experience with Blue Yonder / APO / IOP or similar implementations preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong collaboration, results orientation, ownership, and effective communication skills with stakeholders.
