While you may know us through our flagship title, <strong>PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS</strong>, our portfolio covers a diverse range games; from indie to AAA – made by studios all around the world.</p> <p>Amsterdam is the home of KRAFTON Europe, where we cover publishing &amp; marketing for the EMEA region, as well as manage our Esports and other activities. We are also currently building a new PUBG game, with a large team of developers based here in-house.</p> <p>In the internship you’ll be joining our PUBG Publishing team, with a focus on either the Latin American or Russian/CIS markets and helping us conduct in-depth market &amp; business research.</p> <p>This is a great chance to learn how a large, international company analyses and acts on data to make strategic decisions. You’ll also be working for one of the biggest IPs in gaming!</p> <p><strong>Basic Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Regional Market Analysis</strong>: Conduct structured research and competitor tracking specifically for the Russia/CIS or LATAM gaming markets.</li> <li>Synthesize developments across player communities, creator ecosystems, and regional gaming culture to identify emerging trends.</li> <li>Identify key growth factors, market barriers, and operational risks to support regional publishing strategies.</li> <li>Create recurring research summaries and structured updates that translate market signals into usable business insights.</li> <li>Develop a final recommendation package, including a report or deck, to guide priority actions in your assigned market.</li> <li>Present weekly progress updates and a final synthesis of findings to the WEST Publishing team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we’re ideally looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled as an HBO or WO student.</li> <li>Strong interest in gaming, digital markets, regional market analysis, or online business ecosystems.</li> <li>Strong research and analytical skills.</li> <li>Good written communication and presentation skills in English.</li> <li>Familiarity with either the Russia/CIS or LATAM market, through language, culture, gaming communities, or regional experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The opportunity to work and contribute to meaningful projects in a fast-paced, international business.</li> <li>An internship allowance of 500 EUR gross per month</li> <li>Full coverage of commuting costs if you do not have a weekday Student OV Card</li> <li>Lunch with a value of up to 18 EUR (you pay 4.05 EUR tax) per day.</li> </ul> <p><strong>More about our Amsterdam office…</strong> Our office is situated in Amsterdam Zuid, a buzzing business hub.
