As Market President, you will lead DLP Bank’s growth in a market deeply connected to our story, driving loans, deposits, fee-based revenue, and community presence while recruiting and leading a top-flight team. You will serve as the senior leader for the market, responsible for business development, client relationships, market profitability, and operational excellence, while building the momentum needed to open a full-service branch within the next 2–3 years. Backed by deep roots in the region — including a shareholder of the holding company, who was born and raised in the area, and went on to build DLP Capital, a high-growth company founded in Bethlehem, PA — this role offers the chance to combine market leadership, entrepreneurial building, and a mission of transforming lives by the building of thriving communities.</strong></p> <p><strong>What you have already achieved: (Requirements)&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>8–10 years of commercial banking and/or bank leadership experience, including foundational or preparatory roles.</li> <li>Consistently generated significant new loan and deposit business each year, maintain a sizeable portfolio of relationships you manage directly, with producing manager experience preferred&nbsp;</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate producers, relationship managers, and senior-level internal and external stakeholders, requiring a high degree of credibility, trust, and professional judgment.</li> <li>Proven success in securing alignment on key initiatives through complex, senior-level discussions, supported by strong written communication skills.</li> <li>Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements, along with advanced analytical, underwriting, and credit risk assessment expertise.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively drive projects to completion.</li> <li>Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proficiency in operating standard office equipment, including computers, keyboards, telephones, copiers, and calculators.</li> <li>Ability to work at a computer for extended periods (6–8 hours per day as needed).</li> <li>Willingness to work extended hours and travel as required by business needs.</li> <li>Consistent record of reliable, punctual attendance.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you are great at: (Responsibilities)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong loan, deposit, and fee income generation&nbsp;</li> <li>A leader in the local community, well-respected and highly visible</li> <li>Strategic Leadership &amp; Execution</li> <li>Lead and influence the implementation and achievement of the market’s strategic and operational plans in alignment with DLP Bank’s approved goals and priorities.</li> <li>Translate enterprise vision into local market execution, ensuring the loan production office delivers on growth, profitability, service, and operational goals.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement in market performance, service delivery, and operational processes.</li> <li>Business Development &amp; Market Growth</li> <li>Develop new business opportunities and sustain valuable relationships with clients, centers of influence, referral partners, and community stakeholders to support branch growth.</li> <li>Grow deposits and other fee-based services through consultative sales strategies.</li> <li>Actively originate and support underwriting of commercial loans in accordance with credit policy.</li> <li>Set the tone for effective business development by leveraging the bank’s cross-sell capabilities.</li> <li>Leverage DLP Capital referrals to grow loans and deposits due to large number of investors and DLP Capital's strong reputation &amp; presence in the market.</li> <li>Lead achievement of the branch’s financial goals and consistently deliver results.</li> <li>Manage market performance with strong financial discipline, balancing revenue growth, expense management, and efficiency.</li> <li>Monitor market results and take action when performance is off track.</li> <li>Support market budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes as needed.</li> <li>Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the branch or market.</li> <li>Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management to develop future leaders within the bank.</li> <li>Build a culture of internal excellence at all levels, influencing through positive leadership behaviors.</li> <li>Establish and maintain a sound organizational structure that supports business growth, clear accountability, and strong team collaboration.</li> <li>Foster a climate of customer focus and maintain meaningful client contact.</li> <li>Ensure the loan production office delivers customer-centric service and strong relationship management.</li> <li>Represent DLP Bank in the local market and strengthen the bank’s brand and reputation through active community engagement.</li> <li>Ensure branch operations are conducted in compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Ensure a strong risk, compliance, and governance framework is embedded across the branch.</li> <li>Identify strategic and operational risks, ensure mitigation strategies are in place, and take action to minimize potential impact.</li> <li>Ensure strong follow-up and discipline across operational, credit, and compliance matters.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you are motivated by:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A fast pace.
