They collaborate with leading healthcare companies to design qualitative and quantitative research programs that support the innovation, sales, and marketing of medicines and medical devices. Using a methodologically blended and output-focused approach to research design, Inspired helps companies develop the right healthcare solutions, and get these to the right people, with the right messages for success.</p> <p><strong>Inspired Health &amp; West Monroe</strong></p> <p>Recently joined with West Monroe, our Inspired Health team now has expanded capabilities to partner with industry experts, functional consultants, and technologists. This gives us expanded opportunities to tell a story around the research data, answer the all-important ‘So What Test’, and make an impact in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.</p> <p><strong>Overview of Role: </strong></p> <p>You will be placed into a small, agile, multi-disciplinary team, within the organization – we call these teams “Insight Pods”.&nbsp; Your pod will support and train you, guiding your development in the company.&nbsp; In turn you will support the senior associates, managers and ultimately the Pod leader, in the management and execution of custom designed research projects for clients.</p> <p>In your pod you will be exposed to both Qualitative and Quantitative research project:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong>Qualitative</strong> <ul> <li>Working with our vendors to identify and recruit research participants (be that physicians, patients or caregivers).</li> <li>Scheduling and organizing in-depth research interviews and focus groups.</li> <li>Viewing interviews conducted by your pod, taking notes and identifying themes and findings that answer research objectives.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Quantitative</strong> <ul> <li>Working with our internal teams to program and test research questionnaires developed by your pod.</li> <li>Working with fieldwork vendors to identify and recruit research participants.</li> <li>Monitoring fieldwork progress, quota management and quality control.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Qualitative &amp; Quantitative</strong> <ul> <li>Participate in whiteboard and brainstorming sessions at the end of fieldwork (we call them “Data Parties”!) where you will be encouraged to contribute to conversations around research findings and implications.</li> <li>Work with our Data Visualization department to support the creation of impactful and beautiful research presentations, that answer objectives and inspire action.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong> <strong>/ Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree, GPA must be included on resume.</li> <li>0-2 years of academic, internship, or work experience in market research.</li> <li>Interest in market research for the medical and healthcare industry.</li> <li>Interest in practicing a range of research methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative.</li> <li>Comfortable working in a flexible, less structured environment.</li> <li>Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.</li> <li>Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.</li> <li>In addition:&nbsp; <ul> <li>A proactive desire to continue to broaden and deepen your business and consulting skills.</li> <li>A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives.</li> <li>Candidates must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.</li> <li>Inspired Health is located in the heart of downtown Boston. &nbsp;Applicants must live in the Boston Metro area (or have an intention/plan to relocate). &nbsp;While we are practicing a hybrid working model this role is not a remote opportunity.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p data-ccp-props="{&quot;335551550&quot;:1,&quot;335551620&quot;:1,&quot;335559683&quot;:2,&quot;335559685&quot;:557,&quot;335559731&quot;:0,&quot;335559737&quot;:0,&quot;335562764&quot;:2,&quot;335562765&quot;:1,&quot;335562766&quot;:4,&quot;335562767&quot;:0,&quot;335562768&quot;:4,&quot;335562769&quot;:8.81}"><span data-usefontface="false" data-contrast="none">Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role is listed below</span><span data-usefontface="false" data-contrast="none">.
