About the role
Sensory Design is an AI-driven innovation lab operating at the intersection of technology, communication, and digital experiences.
We design advanced digital products and communication systems for international brands, combining strategy, artificial intelligence, and high-end creative execution.
To support our growth, we are opening a curricular internship position focused on Marketing and Sales Back-Office.
This is a structured, hands-on internship designed to provide real operational exposure. We are not looking for someone who wants to "observe". We are looking for someone ready to work, contribute, and take responsibility from day one.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Marketing and Sales Back-Office Intern who will support both marketing execution and commercial operations.
This role sits between communication and sales. It is ideal for someone who wants to understand how digital marketing connects to real business development and revenue generation.
You will work closely with the Head of Growth, Client Advisors, and the marketing team, contributing to ongoing projects and new business activities.
If you are looking for a safe, slow-paced internship, this is not the right fit.
If you want to learn how marketing actually connects to growth, sales, and AI-powered products, and you are ready to work, we are interested in meeting you.

- Assist in CRM management (HubSpot or similar)
- Help structure prospect lists and outreach materials
- Support follow-ups, documentation, and internal sales coordination
- Contribute to organising marketing and sales assets (case studies, decks, one-pagers)

We are looking for someone who:
- Has already had at least one prior work or internship experience
- Is genuinely interested in digital marketing and business development

- Can execute tasks with limited supervision
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is comfortable with responsibility and deadlines

- Direct exposure to AI-driven innovation projects
