We're building the tools modern manufacturers need to move faster and build better, the pillars of a more abundant future.</sup></p> <p><sup>We are a mission-driven company of world-class engineers and operators with a culture of high trust, high agency, and high autonomy.</sup></p></div><p><strong>How You Will Contribute</strong></p> <p>You’ll own and run our marketing and growth engine—ads, content, SEO, sponsorships, and more.</p> <p>You’ll take over work we’ve previously split between agencies and team members, bringing it fully in-house so you can execute end-to-end and move fast.</p> <p>You’ll measure, improve, and iterate, driving leads, awareness, and ROI across our core channels.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p>- <em>Own the Growth Strategy </em>– Define and execute our marketing plan in partnership with leadership. You’ll manage the budget, set priorities, and be accountable for results.<br>- <em>Run Paid Campaigns</em> – Personally manage our Ad spend across all digital channels. Test, refine, and optimize for CAC and ROI.<br>- <em>Drive Content Creation</em> – Write long-form and short-form content—case studies, blog posts, thought leadership, and social posts—on behalf of executives, product, and sales teams.<br>- <em>Manage Web Presence</em> – Own updates to our site, publish new content, manage sitemaps, and ensure SEO best practices are in place.<br>- <em>Lead SEO &amp; Optimization</em> – Conduct keyword research, track rankings, and make hands-on improvements to drive organic traffic.<br>- <em>Measure &amp; Report</em> – Track lead volume, CAC, ad performance, content output, and brand reach.
