More tangibly you will:</p> <ul> <li>Get an in-depth understanding of behavioural analytics and how people are motivated to work.</li> <li>An opportunity for getting operational experience in a start-up and helping build a company from the inside, while learning from some of Europe's most prolific and successful serial-entrepreneurs</li> <li>A chance to work closely together with the CEO on our business development strategy</li> <li>Engage in conversations with CEOs and MDs of leading European companies across multiple industries.&nbsp;</li> <li>International exposure where you will expand your professional network across Nova Founders Capital&nbsp; and get unique access to our network of leaders.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Your responsibility will be;&nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build an understanding of the FirstMind Talent Discovery tool.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and value that can be delivered by FirstMind.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Learn how FirstMind position solutions to customers relevant to their business needs.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Providing creative initiatives to market FirstMind as human analytics tool of choice.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensuring marketing messages are consistent and relevant</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Managing the content calendar and ensuring deadlines are respected</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Advising on growth hacking opportunities</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Social media planning and content management</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assistance in preparation of FirstMind Practitioner Course delivery</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Delivering feedback as part of product demo and product deliveries&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Initiating intro calls with CEOs, MDs and other key business stakeholders.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>EXPECTATIONS</strong></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency.
