Marketing Internship – APAC ex China
Programme Overview
Our Marketing Internship Programme offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data, insights, and global markets. You won’t just be supporting marketing activities—you’ll be helping bring high-value intelligence products to market, shaping how we engage clients across regions including ASEAN, Japan, and Korea.
You will gain hands-on experience across brand, digital, and content marketing, contributing to real campaigns that support a global client base. From content creation to campaign execution and performance analysis, you’ll develop practical skills that reflect how modern B2B marketing operates in a data-driven organisation.
Job Description
- Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, website, offline, and direct channels
- Adapt global content and localise it into regional languages (Japanese and Korean), including social posts, blog articles, newsletters, and marketing collateral, leveraging AI tools to support translation and improve quality
- Adapt and localise (Japanese and Korean) weekly newsletters for clients and prospects, supporting lead generation and engagement using AI tools
- Manage day-to-day social media activities - scheduling, and resharing post to internal stakeholders
- Support campaign planning and strategy through research, benchmarking, and audience insights
- Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics
- Work with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and other stakeholders globally
- Support coordination with external partners (e.g., vendors, venues, where relevant)
- Gain visibility into how marketing supports commercial growth in a global business
Programme Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Hubspot is a plus
- Analytical, creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with a requirement for strong English proficiency; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (X, LinkedIn, Facebook) and local content trends
- Experience with simple design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is a plus
- Ability to support campaign execution, including content creation, coordination, and reporting
- Comfortable working with data (e.g., campaign performance tracking, basic analytics)
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Good organisational and time management skills
