Marketing & Business Intern

FASTSHIP is a Thailand's top-notch cross border logistics platform aggregating over 15 top door to door delivery service providers including UPS, FedEx, Aramex, USPS, ThailandPost etc. Our strategy is to expand the business range to compete with a rapidly growing e-commerce business in SEA through innovative, technology-driven and a broad range of total solutions in logistics and supply chain.

• Over 200 destinations in the services
• 25 unique logistics services offering
• 20 service points throughout Thailand

Responsibilities:

• Contribute fresh ideas for project, initiative and campaign activities.
• Support Marketing operations e.g. Campaign Development, Artwork, Marketing Collateral.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to provide valuable analysis.
• Assist team in administrative tasks e.g. presentation, campaign tracking, event or sponsorship campaign and partnership activities.
• Provide administrative support as assigned e.g. arrange and participate in team meetings, presentations, minutes of meetings, follow up and briefs.
• Analyse and explore new projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Currently studying for a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00
• Portfolio showcasing past experience or relevant work. (Needed)
• Strong communication skills, particularly in Marketing Communication.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to work autonomously with a can-do attitude.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English (preferably with a TOEIC score of 600 or above)
• Availability for at least a 4-month internship.

Benefits & Terms:

• Allowance: 200 THB / working day.
• Internship Duration: Minimum of 3 months. (4 months preferred)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday. (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM)
• Work Location: CloudCommerce (Fastship) Head Office.
