<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>Communication Strategy:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement communication plans tailored to clients' e-commerce goals and target audiences.</li>
<li>Stay abreast of e-commerce industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across various e-commerce channels.</li>
</ul>
<p>Short Video Production:</p>
<ul>
<li>Conceptualize, script, and coordinate to produce short videos that showcase our clients' products and services.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the video content is aligned with the client's brand and product offerings.</li>
<li>Optimize videos for various e-commerce platforms, ensuring they drive engagement and conversions.</li>
</ul>
<p>Live Streaming Marketing:</p>
<ul>
<li>Plan and coordinate to execute live streaming campaigns on e-commerce platforms and social platforms to engage with our client's target audiences in real-time.</li>
<li>Monitor live streams and media plan (if any) to optimize product visibility and conversion rates.</li>
<li>Analyze live streaming performance data and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.</li>
</ul>
<p>Influencer and Affiliate Management:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage influencer and affiliate marketing programs tailored to drive awareness, traffic, and sales for our e-commerce clients.</li>
<li>Identify and establish relationships with influential figures in e-commerce platforms and social platforms.</li>
<li>Coordinate with influencer and affiliate partners to promote our clients' campaigns effectively.</li>
</ul>
<p>Reports</p>
<ul>
<li>Track and report weekly or monthly on all activities, in all metrics including the impact of influencer collaborations on e-commerce sales and brand recognition, making data-driven adjustments to optimize program effectiveness.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field</li>
<li>2-3 years of experience in a direct field related to communication planning and strategy for e-commerce brands or companies.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and their trends. Tiktok is preferable.</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of marketing communication theory and principles.</li>
<li>Ability to think strategically and creatively.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>A self-starting attitude – the ability to work independently and take initiatives</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously </li>
<li>Good command of MS Office, MS-EXCEL, MS-POWERPOINT, MS-WORD</li>
