About the role

Role Overview

1001 is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of all marketing and communication activities across the organization. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day workflows, coordinating between teams, and ensuring that campaigns, communications, and partner activities are delivered on time and with high quality.

You will act as the central point of coordination across Marketing, Growth, Product, Content, and external partners, ensuring alignment, clarity, and accountability. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns, communications, and deliverables are clearly planned and tracked

  • Coordinate daily marketing activities across internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and timely execution

  • Manage task tracking, follow-ups, and accountability across all ongoing marketing initiatives

  • Support the production and delivery of marketing assets by coordinating with designers, writers, and vendors

  • Maintain documentation systems, templates, trackers, and reporting tools

  • Ensure all communication and campaign outputs meet quality and brand standards

  • Identify execution gaps and proactively follow up to resolve delays or misalignment

  • Support campaign launches, partner announcements, and internal communication flows

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or similar roles

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic (native fluency) and English (professional proficiency)

  • Experience working in remote or cross-functional team environments

  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira)

  • Experience in media, tech, or digital platforms is a plus
