This is a great next step for someone who has built strong communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills through previous customer service or administrative work and wants to apply those strengths in marketing.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager, support projects that impact the entire company, and build hands-on experience across websites, SEO, email marketing, HubSpot, social media, content, and project coordination.</p> <p>This could be a great fit if you like supporting a variety of tasks, enjoy learning new tools, pay attention to details, and want to gain marketing experience in a collaborative team environment.</p> <p><strong>As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to support marketing projects, campaigns, digital tools, reporting, and process improvements.</li> <li>Keep marketing projects organized by tracking tasks, deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables.</li> <li>Support website updates, blog publishing, landing page updates, and basic SEO improvements, including metadata, headers, internal links, image alt text, local listings, and content accuracy.</li> <li>Help build, test, schedule, and report on email campaigns and newsletters.</li> <li>Maintain HubSpot contacts, lists, workflows, CRM organization, and data quality.</li> <li>Support social media scheduling, content formatting, proofreading, and simple creative updates.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to help marketing work stay organized and moving forward.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years of customer service, administrative, project coordination, marketing, business support, or related experience.</li> <li>Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and basic proofreading/editing skills.</li> <li>Ability to follow processes, manage details, and ask thoughtful questions when learning something new.</li> <li>Comfortable learning new systems, platforms, and technology.</li> <li>Experience with social media, websites, email marketing, CRM systems, HubSpot, WordPress or another CMS, Canva, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is helpful, but not required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay: </strong>$26.00 hourly</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Everett, WA (On-site)</p> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental Vision</li> <li>Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance</li> <li>Employee Wellness Program</li> <li>Pet Insurance</li> <li>Commuter Benefits</li> <li>Consumer Discount Program Membership</li> <li>401(K) Retirement Plan with Employer Match</li> <li>8 Paid Holidays</li> <li>15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) the first year</li> <li>3 days of Paid Community Service Time (CTO)</li> <li>3 weeks of Paid Parental Leave, plus PTO match of up to 3 weeks</li> </ul> <p>Interested in this Marketing Coordinator opportunity?
