The role will work cross-functionally with local and global teams to execute marketing campaigns, retail activations, CRM communications, and paid media initiatives.</span></h3> <p><strong>Organizational Structure - Reporting Relationships</strong></p> <p>Internal:</p> <ul> <li>Direct Supervisor: Maje Marketing + Public Relations Manager</li> <li>Executive Head: Vice President, Maje</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Strategy &amp; Planning</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist the PR &amp; Marketing Manager in developing and executing seasonal marketing calendars aligned with business objectives, product launches, and key commercial moments. Work closely with the Global Marketing team for 360 global alignment.</li> <li>Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital, CRM, and paid media channels.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Retail Marketing&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with NY and Paris HQ (including Creative, Ecom, Visual, Merchandising) to develop and deliver collateral in support of key initiatives and communicate pertinent details of marketing programs.</li> <li>Manage retail marketing calendar across North America stores, concessions, and outlet locations.</li> <li>Develop and coordinate in-store events, clienteling initiatives, stylist partnerships, influencer visits, and local marketing activations.</li> <li>Partner closely with Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Holt Renfrew, and Farfetch to seize all opportunities for brand exposure including pop-ups, event participation, digital coverage and promotions.</li> <li>Track performance to prove YOY growth, collaborating with cross-functional partners to collect and shape insights to provide comprehensive marketing recaps and growth opportunities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Digital Marketing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns in partnership with internal digital team and external agencies/media partners to maximize impressions and deliver on KPIs.</li> <li>Partner with CRM to plan strategic email &amp; SMS cadences to promote new campaigns, product launches and local initiatives and to create strategies for client acquisition and retention.</li> <li>Write and review email, SMS, and digital marketing copy, ensuring consistency with brand voice and commercial objectives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Other</strong></p> <ul> <li>Cultivate elevated collaborations and partnerships with like-minded brands (such as exclusive products, cross-promotions, sweepstakes, in-store activations).</li> <li>Assist in managing departmental budgets, invoices, and marketing expenses.</li> <li>Support advertising initiatives and local marketing programs, including lease-required advertising opportunities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Principal Skills, Knowledge &amp; Abilities Required&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree&nbsp;</li> <li>2+ years of experience in retail marketing or digital marketing, preferably in the fashion industy</li> <li>Strong copywriting skills</li> <li>Experience managing multiple projects concurrently</li> </ul> <p><strong>Special Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>French, a plus</li> <li>Content creation, a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal Characteristics:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Highly motivated proactive individual</li> <li>Must be hands on and enjoy working in a highly creative and entrepreneurial environment</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written) with experience working with retail partners</li> <li>Must be detail oriented, organized, flexible and highly collaborative</li> <li>Must have strong multi-tasking skills and be able to work well under pressure</li> <li>Must have strong project management skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Will Offer You in Return!</strong></p> <ul> <li>Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance</li> <li>Generous shopping discount</li> <li>Generous PTO Bank</li> <li>Separate Sick Day Bank</li> <li>12 corporate holidays with early dismissals the day before the holiday.</li> <li>401K Savings Plan</li> <li>Culture of Engagement</li> <li>Career Growth Opportunities</li> <li>Flexible hybrid work schedule</li> <li>4 completely remote workweeks per year.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">NYC COMPENSATION RANGE</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$26</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$28 USD</span></div></div></div>
