What is this job all about?

We are looking for a highly creative, fast-paced Creative Producer (f/m/d) who thrives in a performance-driven environment and can generate a high volume of ideas each week. We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with speed, adaptability, and business understanding. Someone who can continuously deliver fresh ideas, stay open to feedback and data, and help scale creative production in a modern AI-supported workflow.

What will you be doing?

• Generate multiple creative marketing concepts for video, image, and playable ads for TSG games every week;

• Prepare briefs for every creative idea (technical requirements for delivery, brief, script, visual references);

• Collaborate closely with designers to provide feedback on creative work to ensure creative work is executed within set objectives;

• Collaborate with marketing & product teams in joint projects;

• Translate performance marketing insights into scalable creative ideas;

• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment;

• Analyze creative performance data and iterate quickly based on results;

• Use AI tools to support ideation and creative workflows.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in creative production in gaming, mobile apps, digital agencies or e-commerce and understanding how performance marketing works in general;

• Creative mind - full of ideas and being able to communicate those clearly in a form of a written brief;

• Strong ability to generate and communicate a high volume of ideas quickly, while considering performance data, technical limitations and being able to take ego out of the equation;

• Comfortable working under pressure and managing continuous creative output;

• Open-minded and enthusiastic about working with AI tools & AI enhanced workflows;

• Data-driven mindset - able to objectively evaluate and discard ideas when needed;

• Excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2);

• Ability to work closely with creative teams and explain creative reasoning clearly.
