About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the commercial and strategic goals of projects and how design supports them.
- Work closely with the Head of Brand Design to deliver design solutions aligned with company objectives.
- Take creative direction and feedback from the Head of Brand Design and apply it effectively across projects
- Deliver high-quality design across a range of materials, including digital assets, print, presentations, marketing collateral, and event materials.
- Develop concepts within defined project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency and quality
- Manage personal workload and support the wider Brand Design team to meet deadlines.
- Assist in prioritising tasks and balancing short-term requests with longer-term projects.
- Communicate progress clearly and flag risks or challenges early.
- Support the coordination of production processes, including print and event collateral, working with external vendors where required
- Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate design solutions.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to the creative process.
- Stay up to date with design trends and tools, applying relevant learnings to work
- Support onboarding and knowledge-sharing with junior team members.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and inclusive team environment.
- Assist the Head of Brand Design in maintaining effective team workflows and processes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proficiency in Adobe and/or Apple creative suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
- A solid understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout and composition.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The Interview Process:
- Video call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
- First Interview with the Head of Brand Design
- Assessment task to complete at home
- Final stage interview with the Head of Brand Design and Global Senior Graphic Designer
