<p></p> <p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p> <p>The Marketing Director at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company") leads the strategy, execution, and measurement of multi-channel marketing programs that drive patient acquisition, brand awareness, and referral growth across all markets. This position owns the full marketing mix — performance marketing, paid search and pay-per-click (PPC), geofencing and geotargeted advertising, out-of-home (OOH), social media, website, and marketing collateral — and is responsible for both internal and external communications that advance the Kolmac brand. The role requires a strategic, data-driven, and highly collaborative leader who can translate business goals into measurable campaigns, manage agency and vendor relationships, and partner cross-functionally with growth, clinical, and operations teams. The Marketing Director contributes directly to the organization's mission of providing exceptional behavioral health care.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own performance marketing strategy and budget, optimizing campaigns against cost-per-acquisition, ROAS, and patient-volume targets.</li> <li>Plan, launch, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) and paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms, continuously testing keywords, creative, and landing pages.</li> <li>Develop and oversee geofencing and geotargeted advertising programs to reach prospective patients and referral sources around key locations.</li> <li>Direct out-of-home (OOH) advertising — billboards, transit, and place-based media — including vendor selection, placement strategy, and performance tracking.</li> <li>Lead the organic and paid social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, including content calendars, community management, and engagement reporting.</li> <li>Oversee development of marketing collateral — brochures, program one-pagers, signage, and digital assets — ensuring brand consistency across all programs and locations.</li> <li>Own the company website strategy, content, and conversion optimization, partnering with developers and SEO resources to drive organic traffic and lead generation.</li> <li>Lead internal and external communications, including company announcements, public relations, email marketing, and messaging that supports the Kolmac brand and reputation.</li> <li>Build and maintain marketing analytics, dashboards, and attribution models (including call tracking and vanity numbers) to measure ROI and inform budget allocation.</li> <li>Manage external agencies, media vendors, and creative partners, holding them accountable to deliverables, timelines, and budgets.</li> <li>Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, allocating spend across channels to maximize patient acquisition and brand impact.</li> <li>Partner with growth, clinical, and operations leaders to align marketing initiatives with referral development, new program launches, and location expansion.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications - Education and Experience:</strong></p> <p><strong>Required</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including hands-on performance marketing, PPC/paid search, and social media.</li> <li>Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets with measurable results.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of outpatient substance abuse treatment.</li> <li>Bachelor's Degree</li> <li>Experience with outreach and business development in the substance abuse and mental health space.</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite.</li> <li>Familiar with managed care.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday-Friday, Full-Time&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Location</strong>: Remote</p> <p><strong>Base Compensation Range:</strong> $120,000- $135,000&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Expected Travel Requirement:&nbsp;</strong>Travel is required, less than 10%. Gas can be reimbursed within company guidelines.</p> <p></p>
