Marketing Executive (Asia) – 6-Month Contract

Please note: This position requires applicants to hold Singapore citizenship or permanent residency 

(NO Employment Pass or S Pass sponsorship available).

The Opportunity

This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right person.

You'll own CardioScan's Asia marketing presence, acting as the key link between our Singapore-based teams, regional stakeholders, and our Australian marketing function. This is a hands-on role offering genuine ownership, broad exposure, and the opportunity to make a visible impact within a fast-growing healthtech business.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take initiative, and confidently manage multiple priorities in a regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute product marketing campaigns across Asia markets, aligned to commercial goals
• Coordinate day-to-day between Singapore country teams and the AU marketing team
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery across digital, social, and print
• Brief and manage external suppliers - agencies, print, and media vendors
• Coordinate webinar programs: speaker management, promotion, and follow-up
• Maintain website content and ensure brand consistency across all regional assets

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• 2–3 years' marketing experience in medical devices, pharma, or healthcare is favourable
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-channel campaigns across multiple markets
• Strong project management skills; comfortable juggling competing priorities
• Confident communicator in English; Mandarin or Bahasa a plus
• Self-starter who takes ownership and works well with distributed teams
