About the role
This role supports segment marketing initiatives (both acquisition and retention) and drives digital transformation projects to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the SME segment to achieve revenue and KPI targets.
- Design and implement marketing programs that strengthen market competitiveness and business growth.
- Prepare and analyze regular business performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational processes and logistics.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in AAIOE projects development, launch and execution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support successful project delivery.
- Assist in change management to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.
Qualification/ Requirement expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or related discipline.
- 3 years of marketing experience, exposure with online marketing and AI tools preferable.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and enjoy data analysis
- Good communication and presentation skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
