Position Overview
RecruitGo is in search of a Sales & Marketing Executive based in Bandung, Indonesia. Our client is a company engaged in the chemical manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, promoting the company's chemical products, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Source new business opportunities and achieve set sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with niche clients.
Provide technical consultation, product promotions, and process optimizations to customers in the textile industry.
Develop and implement product promotion concepts.
Provide technical know-how to customers for transitioning to newly innovated sustainable processes.
Monitor and manage sales recovery plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university.
Proven marketing experience in the textile industry with an established customer base
Working experience in textile processing (printing, dyeing, finishing) is a definite advantage.
Positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Computer literacy.
