The pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on skill set and professional experience assessed throughout the interview process.</em></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">&nbsp;<em>EUR 800 per month&nbsp;</em></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This internship is designed to support the Marketing team in executing and analyzing brand activities across Kao’s personal care portfolio (including Guhl, John Frieda, Bioré, Bondi Sands, and Curél). The intern contributes to both online and offline marketing initiatives, including PR support, campaign development, and market and competitor analysis. The role provides hands-on experience in real marketing projects, data-driven insights (e.g., IRI analysis), and brand management support. It exists to strengthen day-to-day marketing execution while developing future marketing talent within a dynamic, international FMCG environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>What you will do:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support marketing team with day-to-day brand activities, including campaign and project execution.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist with market and competitor analysis, including tracking trends and preparing insights.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support public relations activities such as event preparation, media materials, and reporting.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Contribute to product and brand projects, including brainstorming and launch support for new initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Work on independent analysis projects using data tools and present findings to the team&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>What you will need:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-section-id="1bfgpvp" data-start="0" data-end="147"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-section-id="1sc1rtu" data-start="148" data-end="222"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong interest in marketing and the FMCG/personal care industry.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-section-id="zdddz2" data-start="223" data-end="346"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Previous internship experience in marketing, brand management, FMCG, communications, or a related field is an advantage.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-section-id="zf8viv" data-start="347" data-end="454"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and support business decisions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-section-id="1d6493h" data-start="455" data-end="534"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;" data-section-id="g3bhk5" data-start="535" data-end="748" data-is-last-node=""><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. <em data-start="676" data-end="748" data-is-last-node="">(Experience with data analysis tools and digital marketing is a plus.)</em></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">At Kao, we believe the diversity of our teams strengthens our global mission.
