Alongside our SaaS platform, we deliver high-impact creative services across interactive playables, rich media, and video for some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Nike, Microsoft, Wizards of the Coast, and Niantic.</p> <p>By combining powerful technology with expert creative execution, we help teams plan, streamline, optimize, and automate the creative process from start to finish.</p> <p>Our mission is simple: empower creativity through the perfect balance of human craft and technology.</p> <p>Learn more at<a href="http://www.craftsmanplus.com"> www.craftsmanplus.com</a></p> <h2>About the Role</h2> <p>We're looking for a <strong>Marketing Manager</strong> to take real ownership of how CRAFTSMAN+ shows up in the market.</p> <p><strong>This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution.</strong> You'll help shape campaign strategy, go-to-market plans, and brand positioning but also you'll be the one writing the email, scheduling the post, and pulling the performance data.</p> <p>You'll be building the marketing function, with direct visibility into how your work drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline for both our SaaS platform and creative services.</p> <p>This is the right fit for someone who wants to <strong>build.</strong> You're organized and execution-driven, but you also think critically about the strategy.</p> <hr> <h2>What You'll Own</h2> <p>These are your core responsibilities</p> <ul> <li><strong>Campaign execution:</strong> Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company growth goals, from concept through performance analysis.</li> <li><strong>Content creation:</strong> Write blog posts, articles, email campaigns, social media copy, and lead magnets that drive organic traffic and position CRAFTSMAN+ as a thought leader in ad tech and creative technology.</li> <li><strong>Sales enablement:</strong> Develop case studies, one-pagers, pitch collateral, and campaign materials that help close deals and generate new leads.</li> <li><strong>Email marketing:</strong> Build and manage nurture sequences end-to-end — writing the copy, segmenting audiences, scheduling sends, and analyzing results.</li> <li><strong>Website &amp; SEO:</strong> Manage and maintain the company website — updating content, improving SEO, and ensuring everything stays current and on-brand.</li> <li><strong>Performance &amp; analytics:</strong> Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Identify insights, spot opportunities, and recommend what to double down on (or cut).</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What You Bring</h2> <h3>Required</h3> <ul> <li><strong>3-5 years of marketing experience</strong>, ideally in ad tech, martech, SaaS, or a related digital ecosystem.</li> <li>Hands-on experience creating content and executing campaigns: it’s not your first rodea!</li> <li>Experience with marketing tools and platforms: analytics, email marketing, social scheduling, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, HighLevel, Salesforce).</li> <li>A data-aware mindset — you understand how marketing performance connects to revenue and can speak to metrics confidently.</li> <li>Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift and the team is lean.</li> <li data-section-id="1f32ebl" data-start="592" data-end="753">Proven experience working within technology and/or SaaS companies, with a clear understanding of how marketing supports product-led or sales-driven growth.</li> <li data-section-id="1vdj2ll" data-start="754" data-end="948">Experience defining and shaping marketing strategy and brand positioning, not just executing campaigns — you can connect messaging, audience, and market insights into a cohesive narrative.</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to haves…</h3> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of the ad tech landscape (DSPs, publishers, creative technology, mobile, or performance marketing)</li> <li>Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva or similar) and AI-powered marketing platforms.</li> <li>Experience contributing to demand generation, brand marketing, or partner marketing programs.</li> <li>Comfort with short-form video creation or willingness to learn.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What You'll Get</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Real ownership</strong> from day one — no red tape, no waiting for permission.
