Role Overview
If you live and breathe marketing, and you are experienced with HubSpot setups, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for our company-wide HubSpot integration, marketing automation and the overall growth of our inbound sales channels. Marketing manager responsibilities include HubSpot setup for Support, Sales and Marketing, HubSpot training for company employees, setup of email nurturing and marketing automation, tracking and analyzation through HubSpot, configuration and optimization of online advertising campaigns across social media and search including Google AdWords, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and others. Other tasks are to manage budget for online ad campaigns and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with the setup of HubSpot, marketing automation, email nurturing automation, CPC, paid search and social media advertising campaigns management. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup and maintenance of HubSpot workflows, feature configuration and automation for our Support, Sales and Marketing departments.
- Setup and maintenance of HubSpot marketing automation.
- Setup and maintenance of email marketing automation.
- Setup and maintenance of ad campaigns on new online marketing platforms, including on YouTube, LinkedIn and similar.
- Improvement and maintenance of our existing online ad campaigns on Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitoring of our Social Media channels including fast responses to customer and lead inquiries and comments.
- Ongoing posts to our Social Media channels.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Marketing Manager with a SaaS company.
- Minimum of 3 years work with HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub.
- Proficiency in setting up automations within HubSpot.
- Proficiency in optimization of online ad campaigns including social, paid search, video and display ads.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels.
- Marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing paid search campaigns on Google Adwords, Bing and similar.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
