<p>We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on <strong>Marketing Manager</strong> to lead and execute our global marketing activities. </p>
<p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own and manage the full marketing calendar across campaigns, events, and content.</li>
<li>Oversee our digital presence, including website, social media, email marketing, and online brand consistency.</li>
<li>Plan and execute industry events and conferences, coordinating logistics, booth presence, speaking opportunities, and post-event follow-ups.</li>
<li>Drive brand awareness across multiple channels with high-impact, creative marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Develop and execute global marketing campaigns that align with company goals and support revenue growth.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Leadership) to ensure messaging alignment and campaign effectiveness.</li>
<li>Work with external partners and agencies to deliver campaigns, manage assets, and enhance brand reach.</li>
<li>Measure and analyze campaign performance, reporting key insights, and optimizing future activities.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>2–3 years of proven experience in end-to-end marketing management, ideally within a B2B Tech startup.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with marketing tech tools, including CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, email marketing tools). High technical aptitude and experience using AI tools.</li>
<li>Creative capabilities including copywriting, visual design, content packaging, and the ability to independently create impactful online campaigns.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English—written, verbal, and presentation.</li>
<li>Ability to deep-dive and quickly learn new domains, technologies, products, and solutions.</li>
<li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and make effective decisions.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and measurement skills for producing in-depth lead-generation reports.</li>
