Responsibilities -
Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms to attract and convert high-quality leads.
Content Development-
Write or coordinate marketing copy, social media content, email campaigns, and video scripts aligned with brand goals.
Performance Analysis -
Track KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and optimize for ROI across platforms.
Branding & Visual Coordination -
Work with design and media teams to ensure visuals, creatives, and videos align with campaign goals.
Social Media Management -
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Email Marketing -
Design and implement email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and promotions.
SEO & SEM -
Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to drive qualified traffic.
Analytics & Reporting -
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in digital marketing with mandatory real estate experience
Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms; strong communication and creative skills.
Languages: Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
