Requirements
● Build and lead brand strategy, growth marketing, and go-to-market execution
● Launch products and services while driving customer acquisition and revenue growth
● Develop and optimize integrated marketing campaigns and conversion funnels
● Scale high-performing acquisition channels through data-driven decision making
● Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams
● Establish marketing processes, tools, and performance frameworks
● Strong expertise in brand development, digital and performance marketing, customer journey optimization, and strategic communication
● Hands-on mindset with strong commercial awareness
● Experience in multinational companies or large local organizations is highly preferred, especially within FMCG, real estate, or premium hospitality industries
● 7–10 years of relevant experience in leadership or strategic roles.
