About the role

<p><strong>The Role :</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and lead marketing initiatives across&nbsp;Malaysia and Singapore markets. Based in Malaysia, you will work closely with our APAC Marketing Director to&nbsp;manage comprehensive go-to-market strategies across digital channels, events, and account-based marketing&nbsp;programs to drive qualified pipeline for our enterprise solutions. This role requires both strategic thinking and&nbsp;hands-on execution, along with cross-functional collaboration with Central Marketing and Regional Sales teams.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute integrated marketing channel strategies across Malaysia and Singapore markets.</li> <li>Manage full-funnel demand generation programs from awareness through conversion, optimizing&nbsp;campaigns to generate high-quality leads across both markets.</li> <li>Adapt and implement country-specific and segment-specific key messaging in campaigns and marketing&nbsp;assets.</li> <li>Plan and execute events to create engagement opportunities with target accounts and drive pipeline.</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales teams on pipeline targets, report on pipeline performance, and implement ABM&nbsp;plays for target accounts.</li> <li>Track and analyze campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates, and provide regular&nbsp;reports to stakeholders on market performance.</li> <li>Create, maintain, and optimize campaign landing pages, nurture sequences, and retargeting flows that&nbsp;convert awareness into qualified opportunities.</li> <li>Coordinate with Central Marketing Team for design, content production, local website updates, event&nbsp;branding, and campaign assets while maintaining brand consistency.</li> <li>Source and coordinate with local vendors for creative production and merchandising needs.</li> <li>Prepare, update, and maintain marketing reports and documentation on schedule and adhere to process&nbsp;workflows.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing or SaaS environments.</li> <li>Experience executing multi-channel campaigns and events in Malaysia and/or Singapore with an&nbsp;understanding of local business culture.</li> <li>Proven track record of measurable results in lead generation and pipeline contribution.</li> <li>Proficient in English with excellent writing and communication skills</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;<strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in e-commerce, supply chain, logistics, or omnichannel commerce technology sectors.</li> <li>Background in ABM and enterprise marketing targeting mid-market to enterprise accounts.</li> <li>Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p></p> <p></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <p></p>
