You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and local retailers to grow our presence in the Dutch and Belgian market.</div> <div>You can work remotely, with the option to use our Amsterdam office, and should be open to occasional travel to our HQ in Hamburg, Germany.</div> <p><strong>Your mission</strong></p> <ul> <li> <div data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Develop and execute the Dutch &amp; Belgian brand and marketing strategy by aligning global direction with local consumer insights</div> </li> <li> <div>Define the marketing activation calendar and lead the planning and execution of 360° campaigns across all relevant channels</div> </li> <li> <div>Help define the local product portfolio focus based on market needs and opportunities</div> </li> <li> <div>Lead integrated brand campaigns by briefing assets that are brand-compliant and tailored to the Dutch &amp; Belgian audience</div> </li> <li> <div>Manage agencies to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution</div> </li> <li> <div>Track key brand metrics (awareness, equity, engagement) and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement</div> </li> <li> <div>Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a consistent and engaging brand experience across all D2C and retail channels</div> </li> <li> <div>Lead retail media and shopper marketing initiatives with key Dutch &amp; Belgian retailers to ensure strong brand presence online and in-store</div> </li> <li> <div>Act as the brand guardian for the Netherlands and Belgium, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity</div> </li> <li> <div>Partner with local Commercial teams and other stakeholders to align marketing with market goals</div> </li> <li> <div>Monitor competitors, trends, and new market opportunities and derive actionable plan</div> </li> </ul> <h3>Your experience &amp; skills</h3> <ul> <li> <div data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">4–6 years of experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in consumer goods within FMCG, responsible for 50m+ revenue</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong expertise in brand building and integrated campaigns including mass media, influencers, and retail media within the Dutch and Belgian market</div> </li> <li> <div>Hands-on experience in D2C environments, social media (Meta, TikTok), retail media, and shopper marketing</div> </li> <li> <div>Ability to build impactful and consistent digital consumer journeys</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong hands-on project management and cross-functional collaboration skills</div> </li> <li> <div>Strategic, creative, and data-driven mindset with confidence in using digital marketing tools</div> </li> <li> <div>Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken), ideally also working proficiency in French</div> </li> </ul> <h3>Why choose us?</h3> <p>Being part of our team means joining a high-performing company with a diverse and inclusive culture.
