Marketing Manager (Offline Distribution)

About the role

POS (Points of Sale) is the offline distribution channel for credit products - Product Loans and RCL (Revolving Credit Line) offered through partner retail stores. We enable customers to access financing directly at the point of sale, making credit available at the exact moment of purchase.

We’re looking for Marketing Manager who can combine structured thinking with creativity to drive marketing activities that increase brand awareness and sales of our credit products in-store.

You will shape how customers perceive Salmon Product Loans and RCL in-store through outstanding omnichannel communications, collaborations with well-known brands, promo offers, and BTL activities to make Salmon the #1 in-store financing option.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch and analyze omnichannel marketing campaigns & in-store BTL activations for Product Loans and RCL (Revolving Credit Line)

• Collaborate across multiple streams within the business unit (Product, Sales, KAMs, Operations, Analytics) to align initiatives

• Work with well-known retail partners (like Crocs, Dyson, Wilson, etc.), to develop and execute outstanding collaborations

• Manage in-store communications and marketing materials (POSm)

• Ensure high-impact in-store visibility of Salmon through the partners’ retail network (6,000+ stores across the Philippines)

What makes you a strong fit

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management of IT products, ideally in fintech

• Experience with credit products (POS loans, BNPL, Credit Lines) is an advantage

• Proven ability to run end-to-end marketing campaigns, including partner collaborations

• Deep understanding of consumer and competitor research

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple streams

• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making

• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills

• Experience designing promotional mechanics and retail activations

• Fluent in English
