This role offers hands on experience in planning, process design, and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that drive meaningful impact. You’ll play a key role in supporting smooth workflows, improving operational efficiency, and helping ensure successful execution across marketing programs.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinate project activities and information<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Optimize Marketing workflows to drive efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve delivery timelines across cross-functional teams.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the centralized project management system (Asana) to ensure visibility, consistency, and accountability<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the optimization of the Project Management tool (Asana) and integration with other Marketing tools and cross functional teams<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the monthly meeting reports for upper management regarding Marketing results, priorities &amp; plans<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the quarterly planning process for the Marketing team including workback schedules, workshop design and material prep<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the AI governance and best practices across the Marketing team<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Partner with creative, digital, analytics, and campaign teams to drive execution and streamline handoffs.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We're Looking For&nbsp;</strong><br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Interest in marketing, operations, project management, or related fields&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, SmartSheets, Monday.com. or MS Project) is a plus&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset&nbsp;</p> <p>We are committed to providing employment accommodation in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
