Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives and operational workflows within a cross-functional Pod environment.</li> <li>Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects of varying complexity, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.</li> <li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.</li> <li>Partner closely with Pod Leadership to improve team dynamics, delivery transparency, and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Monitor delivery progress, team capacity, and project health metrics, proactively identifying risks and blockers.</li> <li>Manage approval processes for marketing content and operational deliverables, including compliance and legal review workflows where applicable.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Must-have Skills&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>5+ years of experience in project management</strong>, marketing operations, delivery management, or related roles.</li> <li>Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies across stakeholders and external partners.</li> <li>Strong <strong>understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices</strong>, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.</li> <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining <strong>strong ownership and accountability</strong>.</li> <li>Solid problem-solving and conflict management skills, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations effectively.</li> <li>Experience using marketing and project management tools such as <strong>Workfront, Confluence, Jira, Asana, Monday,</strong> or similar platforms.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, quality control, and process improvement.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Nice-to-have:</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Experience working in regulated industries or environments with structured approval workflows.</strong></li> <li>Familiarity with<strong> marketing production</strong> processes across channels such as Email, Web, Social, Video, and Print.</li> <li>Experience tracking delivery metrics and supporting operational reporting initiatives.</li> <li><strong>AI Tooling Proficiency: </strong>Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
