A boutique, high-touch recruiting agency based in New York City is seeking an experienced marketing proposal writer (consultant) to develop a sophisticated, client-facing proposal on behalf of one of our valued clients.
This role is ideal for a polished writer who understands how to translate business strategy into compelling, persuasive narratives that resonate with decision-makers.
Scope of Work:
* Lead the development of a **high-quality, strategic marketing proposal** from concept to final draft
* Craft clear, compelling messaging that aligns with the client’s brand, goals, and target audience
* Structure and position the proposal to effectively communicate value and differentiate from competitors
* Collaborate closely with the agency to refine positioning, tone, and key deliverables
* Ensure a professional, cohesive, and executive-level final product
Qualifications::
* Extensive experience in marketing proposal writing, business writing, or agency-level content development
* Strong background in business strategy, marketing, or branding
* Proven ability to create polished, persuasive, client-facing materials
* Experience working with recruiting, staffing, or professional services firms is a plus
* Highly detail-oriented with exceptional editing and storytelling skills
* Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
