Role Overview



We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our team in Uberlândia, Brazil, supporting the execution of EdgeUno’s digital marketing and brand communication initiatives across Latin America. This role is focused on social media management, content coordination, LinkedIn growth, and operational support between the internal marketing team and external creative vendors such as agencies and designers.

The ideal candidate should have a proactive and organized profile, with strong attention to detail and interest in B2B marketing, branding, and digital communication. This person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced multicultural environment, managing multiple workflows simultaneously, and helping ensure consistency across marketing materials, messaging, and social media presence.



Core Responsibilities



Social Media Management

• Execute the social media posting calendar, primarily focused on LinkedIn.

• Support community management activities, including engagement monitoring and real-time interaction.

• Coordinate social media publishing schedules and ensure brand consistency across posts and campaigns.



Content Strategy & Brand Support

• Assist in the development of editorial calendars aligned with EdgeUno’s strategic objectives.

• Support the creation, organization, and review of marketing materials and content assets.

• Research industry trends, engagement opportunities, and relevant topics within telecommunications, connectivity, cloud, and digital infrastructure markets.



Agency & Vendor Coordination

• Act as the operational liaison between the internal marketing team and external agencies, designers, and vendors.

• Prepare detailed creative briefings and coordinate deliverables with external partners.

• Review marketing assets and copy to ensure alignment with EdgeUno’s brand identity, communication standards, and tone of voice.



Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor LinkedIn performance metrics, including organic and paid engagement indicators.

• Support the preparation of reports and data tracking related to social media growth and campaign performance.

• Assist with identifying opportunities to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.



Requirements



• English B2+ 

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

• Availability to work on-site in Uberlândia, Brazil.

• Proficiency with Canva and basic video editing tools.

• Experience using Generative AI tools for content creation or productivity.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

• High attention to detail, especially when reviewing marketing materials, communication assets, and social media copy.


Nice to Have



• Basic knowledge of WordPress.

• Previous experience with copywriting, social media management, or content creation.
