An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p> <p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop a strong understanding of the company’s business strategies and objectives to inform marketing initiatives.</li> <li>Create and deliver industry-focused messaging and presentations aligned with target audiences.</li> <li>Design, plan, and execute high-priority campaigns to drive business growth.</li> <li>Identify and implement innovative approaches and best practices to enhance performance and outcomes.</li> <li>Establish and track key metrics to measure campaign success and overall effectiveness.</li> <li>Collaborate with and support cross-functional team members as needed to achieve shared goals.\</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, in IT Professional services</li> <li>Can adapt, learn quickly and flexible to adjust the message and methods.</li> <li>Ability to proactively anticipate and prepare for emerging needs</li> <li>An innovative mindset that can think strategically with a willingness to execute tactically</li> <li>Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results</li> <li>Comfortable with ambiguity and fluid priorities; ability to manage multiple and complex priorities</li> <li>Strong persuasive communication skills; able to gain consensus through influence.</li> <li>Ability to work in a virtual environment</li> <li>Experience in Electronic marketing strategies and techniques, including using social media for business development.</li> <li>Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts</li> </ul> <div lang="EN-US"> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Salary range offered for this position varies </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">from (USD) $1,800 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">This position is for an independent contractor,&nbsp;through a payroll platform.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">This contract has a minimum commitment of 6 months.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Here are the steps for this process:</strong><br><br>Application review/approval <strong>&gt;</strong> Screening interview with GoFasti's team <strong>&gt;</strong> We build and send your profile to our client <strong>&gt;</strong> Profile review/approval by client <strong>&gt; I</strong>nterview with the client <strong>&gt; H</strong>iring and onboarding.&nbsp;</span></p> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
