About the role
Purpose of the job:
Responsible for executing, reporting and optimizing the marketing activities within their domain.
Main accountabilities:
Act as an expert in their field and manage day-to-day activities independently. Document processes and contribute to the smooth operations of the team. Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing projects. Leverage data & expertise to drive continuous improvement suggestions / projects. Follow-up on the adoption, and communicate or train internal stakeholders where necessary. Contribute to the overall quality of created marketing deliverables by reviewing, sharing advice and expertise with colleagues and external parties in a constructive way. Manage external agencies and third-party vendors if applicable.
Required competencies:
Education:
• University degree
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Experience:
• Self-starter, proactive, assertive, good communication skills
• Problem-solving, numerate and analytical in approach
• Comfortable working in a small dynamic team where flexibility and creativity are essential
• Ability to prioritize
Personality:
• Outgoing, and presentable
• Creative, good team player
• Capable of bottom-line responsibility
