Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist will lead digital initiatives across social media, website management, content creation, and funnel automation. Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute content calendars, manage posts, and monitor engagement across platforms.
- Website Management: Update and optimize website content to improve user experience, accessibility, and SEO performance.
- Content Creation: Write, design, and deliver compelling content (blogs, graphics, newsletters, and videos) aligned with brand voice and goals.
- Funnel Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation systems to streamline lead generation and nurture campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and care teams to ensure marketing aligns with organizational priorities.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with website CMS
- Familiarity with funnel automation tools
- Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
