Marketing Specialist – São Paulo Onsite

Role Overview

At Rehire, we are partnering with a leading international company in the food industry to find a Marketing Specialist, a key role responsible for coordinating, executing, and monitoring the company’s marketing initiatives across Latin America.

We are looking for an organized, analytical, and results-driven professional who can work effectively with multicultural teams, coordinate agencies and vendors, and ensure the successful implementation of campaigns, events, and brand positioning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and execute marketing activities aligned with the company’s global strategy.

· Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring proper implementation and follow-up.

· Coordinate marketing agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.

· Support the organization of events, trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.

· Manage social media content and community management initiatives.

· Prepare reports, performance analyses, and market insights.

· Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

· Provide operational and administrative support for marketing department activities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing roles. Food Industry desired

· Experience coordinating marketing, advertising, or communications agencies.

· Experience organizing events, trade shows, and product launches.

· Experience monitoring and managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

· Advanced English (required).

· Spanish is a plus.

· Knowledge of campaign planning and execution.

· Experience with Paid media, social media, content management, and community management. (Required)

· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva, Acrobat, Claude, and GPT.

· Knowledge of KPIs, marketing metrics, and data analysis.

· Experience with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, marketing automation, and digital monitoring tools is a plus.

· Experience in B2B companies or the food and ingredients industry is a plus.

About the Position:

· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (EST time zone GMT -3).

· Work Arrangement: On-site. Vila Gertrudes, São Paulo, Brazil.
