Responsibilities. What you’ll do
Paid Acquisition
- Own and manage paid media campaigns across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic networks
- Allocate and optimize budget to maximize user growth and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Develop and iterate on creative strategy in partnership with design and content teams
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations

- Data-driven. You live in dashboards and spreadsheets. Every decision you make is grounded in numbers.
- Creative and strategic. You can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to write a compelling ad brief.
- Entrepreneurial. You're comfortable owning a function with limited oversight and building processes from the ground up.
- A strong communicator. You can distill complex performance data into clear narratives for any audience.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive in a fast-moving startup environment and know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent.
