Responsibilities. What you’ll do

Paid Acquisition

  • Own and manage paid media campaigns across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic networks
  • Allocate and optimize budget to maximize user growth and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Develop and iterate on creative strategy in partnership with design and content teams
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations

  • Creative and strategic. You can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to write a compelling ad brief.

  • A strong communicator. You can distill complex performance data into clear narratives for any audience.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive in a fast-moving startup environment and know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent.
