This is not a support role - you will own end-to-end the health of our ride-hailing marketplace across all Romanian cities, from diagnosing what’s broken to making the call on how to fix it.</p> <p>You will work closely with the Operations Manager and rest of the leadership team including the General Manager, and cross-functional teams (Marketing, PR, Public Policy, CS), as well as analysts and marketplace managers from HQ and other countries. The right answer here isn’t always obvious - you’ll need to form a view, make a call, and adjust on the go. What matters most is that you’ve had to think for yourself, move fast, and own outcomes.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You have a <strong>data-driven mindset</strong> and know how to translate numbers into decisions, not just reports. You approach problems methodically and are comfortable working with large or ambiguous datasets.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You are skilled in data analysis tools such as <strong>Excel</strong> or <strong>Google Sheets</strong>; experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau is a plus.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You <strong>take initiative</strong> and don’t wait for a playbook.
